Botox® or Baby Botox
Botox injections work by interrupting the messages sent by your nerves to your muscles. The frown lines and crows feet can be dramatically reduced with a standard dose.
Some people prefer less botox which still significantly reduces the appearance of the lines without giving that ‘frozen’ look. This is often termed as baby botox.
My view is that less is more. As botox has a delayed effect, I review my patients two weeks after the initial treatment. If we have under treated the area, then a free top up is given. This minimises the risk of over correction. See pictures of treatments
